Personal Training

Get personalized 1-on-1 coaching with our certified personal trainers. Unlike a 24-hour gym, our personal trainers build a relationship with you. You not only recieve training on fitness, but we pay attention to other details such as your form, nutrition, all while keeping you accounatble.

Small Group Training

As a large part of what we do here at M3, our small group training provides you with the benefits of group training and motivation, while also providing you with the attention of personal training at the same time. You get the best of both worlds in our small groups.


Youth Training

We firmly believe that getting started at a young age is important. Many youth play sports growing up, therefore our program will help them prevent injury by understanding the fundamentals. Not only does it strengthen their bodies, but it also provides a positive environment.
